STEEL STRUCTURE SYSTEM

Architecturally Exposed Structural Steelwork forms an important part of the design and construction process for buildings. The construction of framework for structural steel involves two principal operations: fabrication and Erection

Fabrication involves the processing of raw materials to form the finished members of the structure.

Erection includes all rigging, hoisting, or lifting of members to their proper places in the structure and making the finished connections between members.

A wide variety of structures are erected using structural steel. They can be listed as buildings, bridges, and towers, whilst most other structures are modifications of the three.

MEP DIVISION

The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division is staffed and managed by a skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians. All aspects of MEP work are covered; from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support, preparation of shop drawings and purchasing. Additionally there is a full staff of highly qualified site personnel, including foreman, charge hands, tradesmenand all necessary workshop personnel.

The MEP division has the full breadth of expertise to undertake large-scale as well as individual electrical, mechanical and plumping operations.With its reliable, high-quality and timely completion of work. The Division has been successful and continues to be competitive in all aspects of its field.

The scope of work executed to perfection by Paramount includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all electro-mechanical services for residential, commercial and industrial projects. The specialized work covers the electrical, air-conditioning, drainage and water supply requirements of the projects.

FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING

With building safety assuming strong significance, Paramount Group offers the highest standards in fire protection engineering, leveraging international best practices. The scope of work includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning as well as obtaining Civil Defense approvals for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Emergency/Exit Lights and Voice Evacuation System.
